2. Late C19. Red brick. Double pitched slate roof. Coped gable ends on moulded kneelers. 2 storeys. 5 ranges of segment headed sashes. 1 pair planked double doors. Floors supported internally on cast iron columns.
No 2, all the Brewery Buildings, and Nos 12 to 30 Fives Court Row form a group.
