Attached house, c 1840. Stone walls, rendered. Slate roof with gable ends and stone gable parapets. 2 rendered brick stacks at left and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 3 windows, mainly tripartite sashes, except for sash over front door. Front door at centre, wooden with 2 long recess panels and a semicircular fanlight over with glazing bars. Door surround of wood with a reeded motif with square imposts and dogtooth at centre. Front area railings of iron, arrow headed type with low urns at the main divisions. Gate an original part of the design.
