Detached farmhouse. Mid C19. Flint and dressed stone walls, banded. Chamfered stone plinth and dressed stone quoins. Stone string over ground floor windows. Clay tile roof with gable ends, parallel ridges, 2 rendered stacks with dogtooth cornices in the valley 2 storeys. 3 windows, stone mullions, hollow-chamfered and stopped at top and bottom, 3-light to ground floor, and 2-light to first floor. Porch at centre with hipped tile roof over, 2 storeys, with string between. Doorway with moulded jambs and depressed-arch head. Plank door with strap hinges. Rear range has 2-light cast-iron casements with lozenge pattern of glazing-bars. Service range with stack on rear-gable, at north-east corner.
