Description
BEAMINSTER HOGSHILL STREET, ST 4701/4801 (NORTH SIDE) 12-6-53 7/93 No 2 (Good Hope Antiques) GV II
House, with shop premises. Early C19. Stone walls, rendered, and washed. Stone base exposed. Tile roof with one brick stack at right hand. 2 storeys and attics. 3 windows. Shop-front arrangements, early C19, of door-windows-door-window-door-window. Wooden mullions with some reeding. Doors: left hand door, wood, C20 with marginal rectangular fanlight over. Centre: flush-panlled with mariginal glazing-bar light over, and rectangular light. Right: same with only a small light over. Moulded cornice with dentil cornice at right hand. First floor: sashes with glazing-bars, and flush wooden frames, all renewed. 3 dormers, 2-light casements with glazing-bars. Hipped tile roofs with tile sides.
