Attached House. Early C19. Lias rubble walls on a stone plinth. Asbestos slate roof with a gable-end at right hand to East Street, with stone gable-coping. Brick stack on gable end to lane. Facade to East Street, 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing-bars with moulded wooden frames, and renewed wooden cills. C20 dormer with 2-light casement and hipped slate roof. Front door with reeded door-surround and panelled door, C20. Front to Whitecombe Road, of 2 builds, C19. 2 storeys and attics, 3 windows and 2 windows, with 2 dormers. Cast- iron first-floor balcony standing on iron posts at right hand end. Wooden guard-rail and trellis-work with a flared pentice roof over. French windows with marginal glazings on to balcony. Mid C19.
