Adjoining No 3. 2 storeys. Painted brick front appears to be C18, structure probably older. Steeply pitched stone slate roof. Sash windows (one altered) with keystones. One later bay. Yard entry has flat arch, keystone, and panelled doors.
Nos 1 to 15 (odd) form a group with the George Hotel in Higher Cheap Street.
