No. 19 Briantspuddle Grebe Cottage

Cottage. Probably C17 origin. Plastered cob walls, thatched roof, brick stack. At right angles to road. Recently extended to rear. One storey and attics. Entrance on east front. Oak ledged door in thatched porch. Ground floor has one casement window with glazing bars. Attic has one dormer with casement with glazing bars. West front has two casement windows with glazing bars on ground floor, and two dormers in attic with casements with glazing bars. New rear extension of two storeys with plastered walls and thatched roof. Single-storey extension on east, with concrete block walls and tiled roof. Modern flat roofed porch. Interior has large open fireplace with oak lintel, and exposed ceiling beams on ground floor.
