2. Late C18. Stucco. Tall rendered stacks. 3 storeys. Parapet. 3 window ranges, outer 2 sashes with glazing bars, central one casement with glazing bars. Modern door with semi-circular fanlight; in surround with reeded pilasters, entablature and open triangular pediment. Paving in front of door consists of 2 large Purbeck slabs and some smaller setts.
St Martin's Church, the retaining wall of the churdyard, Lord Nelson Public House and No 54 form a group.
