2. Former Dairy House of Newton Manor (qv). Late C18-early C19. Purbeck Stone walls and slate roof. Brick stack. One storey and attic. Casement windows. "Cockram Place" carved on lintol over door. Purbeck Stone boundary walls to road. Listed for connection with Newton Manor.
