(Formerly listed as 'Pigeon House at Philliols Farm'). Detached granary. C18. Brick walls, tiled roof with stone eaves courses and moulded coped gables. 2 storeys. Doors on ground floor with brick arches. Blocked opening on first floor of north gable. RCHM Monument 59.
