2. C18. Colourwashed. Half-hipped tile roof. Red brick stacks. 2 storeys. Brick oversailing courses at eaves. 2 ranges of flush-framed sashes with glazing bars. Door with 6 flush panels, in reeded frame with idiosyncratic fanlight and flat hood. Extension to west: 1½ storeys. Gabled 1st floor sash with glazing bars. Segment-headed bipartite sash on ground floor. Coach house extension with planked loft door.
Nos 1 and 2 Gold Court, Mint House, No 13 and the Horse and Groom Public House form a group.
