Probably C17 origin, enlarged C18. Former mill house. Brick and cob walls. Thatched roof. Brick stacks. L-shaped plan. One storey and attics. Flush panel door. Casement windows to ground floor. Half-dormers to attic. Some windows with cast iron lights, one with lead lights. Some modern metal casements. Interior has plank and muntin partitions on ground and first floors. Large fireplace openings now built up. Millstones set in paving outside door. RCHM Monument 21.
