Description

CORFE CASTLE EAST STREET (West side) SY 96 81 8/76 No. 108 (formerly listed as "Eastlea" (cottage north side of No. 97) 20.11.59 GV II House in terrace, entered from through-passage to rear. Appears contemporary with No. 104 (1780). Coursed rubble stone walls, stone slate roof, brick stack shared with No. 110. 2 storeys and attic. C20 door in simple classical surround with projecting ashlar jambs and moulded capping leads into through-passage. Ground and first floors each have one metal casement - replacing sashes.
