Terrace of 4 houses and shops. 1819, altered C20. Flemish bond brickwork, all but No.143 painted, brick party wall stacks and a tiled roof. Double-depth plan. Nos 143 & 145 built together. 3 storeys; 3:2:2:2 window range. Cill band, cornice and parapet. Original 6/6-pane first-floor sashes to Nos 143-147, some 3/3-pane second-floor sashes, the rest plate-glass sashes. C20 shop fronts. INTERIOR: altered ground floors. Included for group value.
