Warehouse, now shop, offices and flat. Mid C19. Flemish bond brickwork and stucco, left-hand brick lateral stack and a hipped slate roof and red ridge tiles. Rectangular plan. 4 storeys; 3-window range. C20 ground-floor shop windows, 2 horned first- and second-floor 2-pane sashes, 3 to the third floor. Good signs in contemporary lettering to raised bands between the floors. INTERIOR has altered ground floor, otherwise not inspected. (RCHME: County of Dorset (South East): London: 1970-: 233).
