House, shop, printing works, now house. Late C18. Flemish bond brickwork with slate roof and brick end stack. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Cornice and parapet; former C19 advanced shop front in original listing replaced by a late C20 shallow bow window with 4 casements, and a right-hand late C20 door retaining original overlight; gauged flat brick arches over first-floor 6/6-pane and second-floor 3/3-pane sashes. Rear has 1-window range with segmental heads to 8/12-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value. (RCHME: County of Dorset (South East): London: 1970-: 230).
