Description
1. 5193 PAMPHILL CEMETERY ROAD (North Side) Two chapels in cemetery SU OO SW 4/16 2.11.82 II GV 2. Circa 1856. Two identical chapels, probably contemporary with Lodge. (The description is of the eastern chapel. Stone walls, tiled roofs with bands of fish-scale tiling, and parapets to gables with stone copings. Open stone bell turret at east (liturgical west) end. Nave, chancel, south porch. Porch has moulded pointed arched doorway under ogee hoodmould with crockets and carved finial. Three-light traceried window above this, with hoodmould. Angle buttresses to porch. West wall of chancel has a three-light traceried window with hoodmould. Angle buttresses to chancel. North wall has a three-light traceried window under a gable.
