Description
LEIGH ROAD 1. 5193 (south side) Nos 14 and 16 (formerly listed as No 75)
SZ 0199 NW 2/85 14.6.52 II GV 2.
No 14 is Circa 1830. Three storeys stuccoed with modern pantiled roof. Pilasters run the full height of the building. Two sashes with glazing bars in-tact to first floor. Second floor windows are modern. Ground floor has Neo-Georgian bow and good Greek Doric porch. Round headed doorcase. Contemporary staircase with mahogany handrail. No 16 is a C19 lean-to extension not of special architectural interest.
