Detached cottage. Probably C18, enlarged in mid-C20. Brick walls - facing on cob, hipped thatched roof, brick stack left of centre, with oversailing cap and dentil ornament. One storey and attic. Probably originally of lobby entrance plan. Brick porch under hipped thatched catslide roof. Stable door. Ground floor has 3 casements with glazing bars, under segmental arches. Attic has three half dormers with similar casements. Mid-C20 rear extension, single storey, with part thatched, part flat roof. Internally, main ground floor room has large open fireplace with timber lintel and bread oven. Some exposed ceiling beams. Original roof trusses survive.
