C18. Brick walls in Flemish Bond with burnt headers. Tiled roof. Moulded brick coping to gable at south end. Brick stacks. Two storeys. Ground floor has modern shop front. First floor has 3 double hung sash windows with glazing bars. RCHM Monument 35.
