2. Queen Anne style in red brick, circa 1880. Hipped roof on coved plaster cornice, alternating with gables distinguished by slight projection forward of their upper halves. Entrance under small shaped gable with segmental pediment, pair of round- arched windows and blind 'porthole' over. Stringcourse of encaustic tiles over dentils. Lunette in gable on entrance side; round-arched window high up in east gable. Chimney at south-east corner with vertical ribbing and plaster pediment against base.
