FONTWELL MAGNA 7/40 shall be ammended to read: FONTMELL MAGNA ST 8617 FONTWELL MAGNA 7/40 Manor Farmhouse 16-8-60 GV II Farmhouse C17. Ashlar and rubble walls with chamfered plinth. Tiled roof with brick stacks to gable ends and to right of front door. 2 storeys. 4-window range. Upper-floor has 3-light timber casements the centre lights of which are of wrought-iron with leaded-lights. The ground floor windows are stone mullioned, of 4-lights with hollow chamfered mullions and returned labels. Chamfered, square headed window between first and second bay from left. Part-glazed panelled door under C19 gabled, tiled porch. Blocked stone mullioned window in right gable. C18 extension to rear. Internal features (RCHM): 3-room cross passage plan with stack backing onto the cross-passage; stairs with C18 trellis balustrading and a dog-gate at the top; reset C17 oak panelling between middle room and staircase.
