Farmhouse now house. C17 with C20 extension to the south east. Ashlar with brick
and flint end wall (probably a recent reconstruction). C20 extension mainly
weatherboarded, thatched roof with brick stack left. Single storey with gabled
attics, C17 range of 2 bays, extension of 3 bays. Ground floor has 3 and 4
light ovolo-moulded, stone mullioned windows with returned labels and leaded-
lights. Above are 2 corresponding 3-light windows. Each gable has a chamfered
loop. The door is in the later extension. Internal features (RCHM): fireplace
with chamfered stone surround and 3 centred head; exposed stop chamfered ceiling
beams (RCHM, vol III, p 129, No 15).
