Cottage, probably late C18. Brick faced (Flemish bond with some flared
headers) ashlar quoins and rubble side walls. Thatched roof, gabled
left and half-hipped right. End brick stack. Rear roof slope
continued down as tiled cat-slide. First floor has diamond patterns
picked out in vitrified bricks. 2 storeys, 2 window range. Ground
floor openings under segmental brick heads with stone keystones.
2-light C18 casements with leaded-lights. C20 open, gabled porch.
Plain plank door.
