Early to mid C19 probably. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Modern tile roof; brick flanking stacks. Rough ashlar front. 2-light casement windows above, 2 and 3-light windows below. Stone voussoirs. 4 flush panelled door; top 2 panels cut away and glazed.
