1. 1615 ST JAMES STREET (South Side) No 26, No 28, No 30 (Palladios), Outhouse to No 30
ST 8622 2/91 20.6.52. II GV 2.
C18 to early C19 fronts. No 28 is at rear. Nos 26 and 30 and outhouse adjoining form a long 2-storey squared rubble front, No 28 colour washed grey, No 30 and-outhouse colour-washed white. Slate roofs. Wood casements with small panes. Two windows to No 26. No 30 has 4 windows. At right hand end of row, wooden boarded left door with pair of wooden boarded garage doors below. Good C18 6-panelled door [top 2 panels glazed] with moulded hood to No 30. To right hand in No 26, a wooden boarded door before passageway leads to entrances to Nos 26 and 28. No 28 faces south-west. 2 storeys, 2 windows stone rubble front. Slate roof with lower ridge line.
Nos 16 to 22 (even), Two Brewers Inn and outbuilding, Nos 26 to 30 (even), outhouse to No 30, stone setts outside No 26 and Boundary wall to south west of No 32 form a group seen also from Park Walk.
