16-8-60 at Bay House Yard)

Barn C16 or C17, converted to dwelling C20. Coursed rubble with tiled
roof. One and a half storeys, 6 window range. Each bay is separated by
an ashlar buttress of 2 weathered stages. 2 light C20 casements with glazing
bars. Entrance to rear. To the left is a 3 bay extension. (RCHM, Dorset,
vol. IV, p. 40, no. 9).
