C18. 2-storey, 3-window, rough ashlar front. Semi-basement has windows
with stone mullions. Stringcourse. Later sashes. Doorway has 4 entrance
steps and hood on shaped brackets. 6 panelled door with upper 2 panels
cut away and glazed. Missing glazing bars to windows. New slate roof.
Nos 1 to 13 (odd) and Garden Wall to No 13 form a group with Nos 14 and
16 Bell Street.
