Description
1. 865 ORCHARD STREET (North-West Side) Nos 36 to 40 (even)
ST 8806 1/68 II GV 2.
Early to mid C19. 2-storey stucco fronts. Slate mansard roof. Splayed bays to ground floor; modern splayed bay to No 36. Nos 38 and 40 are designed as a unit with linked doorways having moulded panelled pilasters and hood. Blind window above. Similar doorcase but modern door in No 36. No 36 included with others for group value.
Nos 24 to 56 (even) form a group.
