C18; Post-1731. 3-storey 4-windows front. Usual brickwork. Moulded brick cornice at eaves. Brick string. Segmental heads and moulded flush frames to sash windows. Modern plate-glass shop fronts within early C19 casing of Corinthian pilasters, dentil and modillion cornice and paterae to frieze. 8 panelled house door to left hand end.
All the listed buildings in Market Place, and Nos 59 to 73 (odd) East Street,
Conyer's Filling Station, Nos 1 to 7 (odd), Nos 2 to 8 (even) and No 12 West
Street, and Church of St Peter and St Paul form a group.
