C18; Post-1731. 3-storey 4-window front, divided into 2 bays by brick pilasters
with moulded bases and caps. Moulded brick string and eaves cornice. Sash
windows with triple keystones. Ground floor formerly of stone with C19 shop
front; now of brick with C20 bank front. On right hand of front is the yard
entry with a splayed Georgian bay above it. Fielded panelling in 1st floor
front room.
All the listed buildings in Market Place, and Nos 59 to 73 (odd) East Street,
Conyer's Filling Station, Nos 1 to 7 (odd), Nos 2 to 8 (even) and No 12 West
Street, and Church of St Peter and St Paul form a group.
