Pair of houses in row. Early C19. Rendered and scribed, slate roof. 3 storeys, 1+1 window; 16-pane sashes above a bold 8:12:8-pane oriel with small modillion cornice and deep skirt, and at ground floor a 16-pane sash to No.5 and plain display window to No.6. To the left of No.5 a 6-panel C19 door incorporating a shallow transom light in an arched head on imposts, and with an open-book keystone to reeded architrave; No.6 similar, but with 4-panel door. The fanlights have reversed fan decoration. INTERIOR: not inspected.
