Warehouse or fish house. Early to mid C19. Rubble with good dressed quoins, slate roof. Set behind 31 (qv) and approached by short alley from Easton Square. Small 2-storey rectangular structure with plank door to loft, above a 12-pane sash with plank door to right. Right gable has an opening at mid height. Stone stack to flat capping, left. A modest but unchanged auxiliary building of which few now remain on the island, this one known locally as the fish house - the stack could be to smoking chamber, but interior not accessible..
