House, formerly in row, but now isolated by demolition of adjacent properties. Date 1815 cut in stonework above porch, later alterations. Squared and coursed cut stone, slate roof with clay tile ridge. Double-depth plan with passage to rear stair hall. Two storeys and attic, 2 windowed. 4-paned horned sashes in raised plat-band architraves. Central C20 door under lead-covered tent hood on C20 stone cheeks. Back has 4-paned sashes and a central dormer with raked slate roof over paired 4-pane sashes. Brick stack to left gable. (Royal Commission on Historical Monuments: Dorset: London: 1970-: 256-7).
