Detached house. Mid/late C18. Rubble, thatch roof, some concrete tile. One and-a-half storeys, 1+3 windows; two 2-light small-pane casement eyebrow dormers, and on 3-light at the eaves, above three 2-light, replica casements to stone soldier arches. At the centre is a thatched porch on glazed cheeks over a C19 four-panel door on 1 step. A lower unit to the left has a flat-roofed dormer above a swept-down lean-to extension with a door and casements. The left gable is raised and coped, with a stone stack, and there are 3 brick stacks to the thatched range. The right gable and back walls are plain, but there is a large dormer in the tiled extension. INTERIOR: not inspected, but said to contain a wood spiral stair to the right of the fireplace in the room right of the entrance.
