House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Painted large coursed and squared stone block, slate roof. Two storeys and attic, 1-windowed. A large 3-light raked dormer above replacement casements. To right a C20 porch and door, rendered stack left. The property is stepped slightly forward from and overlaps by the thickness of the party wall No 213 (qv), and is immediately adjacent to Portland Museum (qv).
