Ground floor has a small lunette to the left, then a rendered panel containing a wide segemental arch over a smaller arched tripartite sash, and a 20 door to segmental head. Gables have coped verges, and there is a small brick stack to the right. The rear has late C20 modifications. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached, to the right, in the plane of the front of the house, but with a straight joint, a length of approx 12m of rubble walling, approx 3m high, but dropped to the right over a short length of ashlar walling to weathered coping over a segmental-headed archway with door. A little altered facade which with the attached boundary wall and gateway, makes a significant contribution to the streetscape.
