House with shop, at end of row, returning to School Street. Early C19. Painted Flemish bond brickwork, slate mansard double roof. At end of row, returning to School Street. 2 storeys and attic, 2 windows; 2-light and 4-light raking dormers above a 12-pane sash in moulded flush box and bow oriel with 8:12:8-pane sash and dentil cornice. At the ground floor the late C19 dentilled fascia on panelled pilasters with consoles, returns also the full depth of the School Street frontage, including a lower 1-bay wing; the broad panes have deep transom lights, and the corner pane is splayed, but the fascia and cornice continue to a right-angle above; the upper structure is carried on a series of cast-iron columns inside the glazing. The return gable has 2 plain sashes at first floor, and 2 stacks, joined by a straight parapet. The lower rear wing with a single sash at first floor has a further small stack.
