House in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19. Painted Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof. 3 storeys and attic, 2 windows; a gabled 4-pane dormer above 4-pane sashes in moulded flush boxes. At first floor is a canted sash oriel with hipped roof with modillion eaves, to the right. The late C19 shop front has a moulded cornice, inflected to the oriel, above a canted fascia, in moulded consoles and with late C20 glazing. A 3-brick plain band above first floor, and bracketed eaves. No stack is visible. INTERIOR not inspected. Although listed with Nos 7 & 8 (qv) in the RCHME, this appears to be of different date and build from these.
