House in row, with shop. Early C19. Flemish bond brickwork, some rendered walls, slate double mansard roof. 3 storeys and attic, 1 window; a 6-pane sash flat-roofed dormer above an 8:12:8-pane sash bow oriel with dentil cornice carried across the full frontage, and to a brick skirt in headers, formerly taken through 2 or 3 storeys, but now above a wide square late C19 flat-roofed bay in 5 panes with transom, and returns of 1 light. Ground floor has a C20 shop front. The high blocking course with parapet is rendered. The right gable is rendered, with 2 late C19 stacks, and the back, also in brickwork, has a 6-pane dormer above a 4-pane sash at second floor, and varied fenestration and flat roof extensions below. INTERIOR not inspected.
