Wide frontage row house, with shop. Mid C19. Painted brick, roof not visible. A symmetrical 3-storey, 3-window front, all sashes with vertical bars only; at second floor a central 6-pane flanked by 8-pane, in plain reveals with flush splayed lintel and on stone sills, and at first floor a central 6-pane flanked by canted oriels with 2:8:2-pane sashes under a frieze-band and cornice; the frieze is carried across as a plat band. Ground floor has a full-width C20 shop front with central pier and recessed doors. The moulded stone cornice is stopped to the ends, and the blocking-course has a flush raised central pediment, all to parapet coping. A stack to the right. INTERIOR not inspected.
