House in row, with shop. Late C18. Rendered, slate double mansard roof. 3 storeys and attic, 2 windows; flat-roofed 4-pane sash dormers above 2-storey 8:12:8-pane sash bow oriel, the first-floor sashes being deeper than those at second floor, and a 12-pane at second floor and deeper 12-pane to first floor. Ground floor has a C19 three-pane bow with deep sill-mould with a glazed door on 2 steps, right, under full-width deep fascia. To left, on 2 steps, is a 6-panel door in panelled reveals, with a plain fanlight. Moulded cornice, carried across the bow, blocking course and parapet. Rear wall, in painted brickwork, has 12- and 16-pane sashes, and a deep stair sash. INTERIOR: not inspected. (RCHME: Dorset, South-East: London: 1970-: 350).
