Single cottage, formerly two. 1843. Coursed limestone walls. Thatch roof with gable ends and half outshut at rear of south end. Stone stacks with moulded cornices on gables. 1½ storeys. 4 windows to ground floor, 3 to first floor. Ground floor 3 : 2 : 2 : 3 light wood casements with glazing-bars, wood cills. Gauged and flared stone voussoirs to ground floor. 2 light eyebrow dormers over. Front door, now on south gable wall, wood and glazed, C20. (R.C.H.M. Dorset II, p. 262 (6)).
