Description
WEST BAY 1 . 5191 EAST OF WEST BAY ROAD AND THE HARBOUR No 13 (Clarence House) ) SY 4690 10/489 II GV
2. C18, altered. Hammer dressed stone. West elevation rendered. Hipped slate roof. 3 storeys. South elevation has 2 large windows with glazing bars on 1st floor, otherwise all modern openings. West elevation has h ranges of casements on 1st and 2nd floors, and 5 sashes with glazing bars (1 tripartite) on ground floor. Wall at south-west corner has pointed arched door in it.
No 11, The Fountain, Messrs Norman Goods Warehouse, No 13 (Clarence House), the Methodist Church, the Bridport Arms Hotel, Ship Cottage, Gull House, The Dinghy and Pier Terrace form a group.
