Detached cottage. Probably C18. Plastered cob walls, with some brick and stone - all colourwashed. Half-hipped thatched roof, central brick stack. At right angles to road. One storey and attic. On east front, ground floor has 2 casements with glazing bars, One similar window under eaves - lighting stair. One dormer in attic with similar casement. Gable end to road has one casement with glazing bars on ground floor, and one horizontally sliding sash with glazing bars in attic. Single storey flat roofed extension at rear (along road), contains entrance. Internally, room at left end open to roof - possibly former barn. Main ground floor room has large open fireplace with timber lintel. Some exposed ceiling beams.
