Farmhouse, probably late C18 or early C19. Brick (English garden wall bond) with rubble facade. Hipped, tiled roof with brick stacks part way in along ridge. Main range: 2 storeys, 4 window range. 2-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. To the right is a 1 ½ storey brick extension with C20 windows with no glazing bars. RCHM, Dorset, vol III, p 53.
