Description
NEWLAND 1. 1625 (North Side) No 121 [St Martins)
ST 6416 2/196 II GV 2.
Circa 1850. 2 storey and attic, 3 window front, lower part roughcast; coursed and random rubble above. Centre breaks forward. Wide eaves, one dormer. Central doorway has segmental head and fluted linings to reveals. 6-panelled door and fanlight with fine tracery. 1 boxed dormer. Slate roof.
Nos 119 to 123 (odd) form a group.
