Description
POUND STREET 1. 1357 (South Side) Tivoli Cottage
SY 3392 3/193 II GV 2.
Late C18 to early to mid C19 octagonal 2-storey structure (south-west facet blocked by north-south wing). Hipped slate roof. Curvilinear bargeboard. Stuccoed walls. West facet has outshut built on with one small window above and a sash below; north-west facet is blank; north facet has a sash window with glazing bars both above and below; north-east facet is blank. East facet has panelled door on ground floor; south-east facet has round-headed casement with tracery above. South facet partly incorporated within north-south wing, away from street to rear.
The Lawn, Hotel Buena Vista and the north boundary walls, Tivoli Cottage, Nos l4 & l5 and Belmont form a group.
