2. Early C19. Ashlar front. Hammer dressed stone behind. Pitched slate roof with bargeboards. 2 storeys. 3 ranges of cased sashes with glazing bars, and with shutters on ground floor. Panelled door with fanlights; trellis work to spandrels.
No 42, Magdalen Almshouses and Nos 46 to 52 (even) form a group.
