2. Late C18. Red brick (No 52 colour-washed). Pitched slate roof. Coped gable at south end. Red brick stacks. 2 storeys. Modillion eaves cornice. No 50 has 2 casements with glazing bars on 1st floor, and 2 sashes on ground floor, one with moulded wooden cornice, remainder with curious diamond-shaped voussoirs. Recessed diamond-shaped panel under eaves. No 52 has 2 modern windows on 1st floor, 1 casement and 1 C19 shop window with glazing bars on ground floor. Blocked door. No 54 has 1 range of casements with glazing bars an 1 planked door with elliptical fanlight.
Nos 22 to 80 (even) form a group with Nos 1 to 13 (consec) Portland Place.
